What do you look for in potential staff members. As a forum owner, staff members are crucial to ensure a community runs smoothly.


How do you select your staff and what are some key factors you keep in mind?

I only had temp Staff on mine to fix a couple of problems when I first started. Otherwise, I prefer to do it on my own. If I get bigger, then I may need some extra help. But I'd choose someone I already know & trust. You're putting something you worked hard for in another's hands, that's not to be taken lightly. I would love to have trustworthy individuals help me out with the technological stuff. We have a Support forum but sometimes they can be too technical (forgetting that some of us are not) & rude.
