Hello Everyone

I wanted to share a recipe for a protein drink that I have been enjoying lately. It's easy to make, tasty, and packed with nutrients to fuel your workouts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  • A few ice cubes
Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
You can also add other ingredients to customize the flavor, such as frozen berries, cocoa powder, or cinnamon. The possibilities are endless!
