Favorite note-taking app?

With the many options available, what would you pick as your go-to notetaking app?

After having tried so many, including Evernote, Craft, Simplenote, Notion, Nimbus Note, Up Note, OneNote, Apple Notes, etc. I always find myself coming back to Craft (which won Mac-app of the year in 2021) or Notion


During my college days, however, I stuck to One Note

I haven’t honestly tried any note taking apps on our computer. We don’t do cell phones so I wouldn’t know how easy or hard it would be. I do however take notes in Microsoft Word. I also use regular ol’ pencil & paper. I’m always jotting down ideas then organizing them in Word.
