Full body workout anyone?

Keeping fit has become a part of my daily activities. I have not had easy, but I strongly believe that I am in the right path. When it comes to working out, do you enjoy using full body drills?
 
I prefer to focus on one part. Legs, arms, abs. Full body workouts are best when one has limited time & want to get a great workout in. It's a great way to up the cardio & endurance.
