Hello

Meal prep can be a great way to save time, eat healthier, and reach your fitness goals. It can also be a bit of a challenge to come up with new and exciting meals to prep in advance.

Here are a few of my favorite healthy meal prep ideas:

  • Grilled chicken with roasted vegetables
  • Quinoa and black bean salad with avocado dressing
  • Slow cooker turkey chili
  • Baked salmon with sweet potato wedges
  • Veggie and tofu stir-fry with brown rice
