Pie or Cake?

If you were to pick one between those 2 forever in life, which would it be and why? Pies for me personally, because they're more wholesome and healthier to have TBH. And you personally? Which is it? Pie or cake?

I'd have to pick cake over pie. I love pies but there are only a select few that I eat, while cakes come in all sorts of different styles and flavors

I love pumpkin and apple pie but that's about it. With cake, you can have cheesecake, vanilla cake, red velvet, chocolate, etc.

Homemade fresh and warm out of the oven apple pie is absolutely delicious!

While I like both, if I had to pick, I’d opt for cake. Preferably chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. We make a gluten free cake & our own icing to go on top. I do agree that cakes seem to have more options than pies. But then pies, while still having sugar, at least has fruit & veggies in them.
