How do you prepare yourself for job interviews?

After having gone through many, job interviews are still nerve-wracking to this day. I myself focus on the job description, how my current work experience relates to the position I'm interviewing for, and also do my research on the company.

I like to also have in mind a project I lead that I am proud of and the outcome. That question gets asked frequently in my field.

Always give answer to what the interviewer is asking about but always connect it to your strengths and potential and how these would help you to your job if ever, or how these can help to the company in general.
