What do you make using zucchini?

We have zucchini plants that are planted in containers and I'm always looking for new recipes to use them. I love zucchini bread and have a loaf in the freezer right now. I also love "zucchini meatballs" that are not made with meat. We grate any extra zucchini and put it in ziplock bags to freeze and use later. What are your favorite zucchini things to make?

While I don't cook, I'll answer for my family. My husband likes to make zucchini bread. We even made a chocolate one that was quite good! My dad likes to can zucchini along with squash after cooking them. It's a way to use up excess zucchini that everybody seems to have
