What's your favorite game series?

There are so many video games series out there which are still going very strong today. What makes a game very good is the level of support their developers give to the game even though they are targeting making money from it.

At the moment, my favourite game series are ; Gran Turismo, Dark Souls, God of War, Burnout, Call of Duty (Older Releases) and Need for Speed.

Metroid is my favorite series of all time. just great exploration/action games with immersive creepy worlds and amazing music.
